CloudBase shipped two things to WorkBuddy: the connector, and four experts built for specific scenarios.
The connector brings cloud functions, database, and storage into the conversation. The experts sit on top of it and set up the whole flow. Connect first, pick the expert that matches your task, then describe what you need.
Connect the connector first
Without it, WorkBuddy can't reach your CloudBase environment.
In the conversation, click Connect App at the bottom left of the input box, find Tencent CloudBase, open its detail page, and click Connect. After that, asking it to query cloud functions, read and write the database, or upload files actually runs against your environment instead of handing you code to run yourself.
Pick your client for the config and install steps:
This client ships CloudBase built in. Setup follows its own marketplace or connectors, and the site follows your login state — nothing to pick here.
Configure your AI tool to connect with CloudBase capabilities. Supports local and remote connection. See connection modes.
Step 1: Install / Configure CloudBase

Once enabled, you can use CloudBase capabilities directly in the conversation.
Use the slash command
Type `/cloudbase` in a conversation to pick the CloudBase Skill, then describe what you need.

The expert works with resources in your own environment, so your data stays under your account. If you don't have an environment yet, create one in a minute. The free tier is enough to try.
How to use it
- Connect the connector (previous section).
- Install an expert in WorkBuddy and describe what you need.
- The expert looks up your CloudBase environment and starts building.
